CC Built is a family-run business established by Charlie and Michelle Cruickshank. We specialise in premium, custom new build and renovation projects around Mount Maunganui and Papamoa.

Raised in Melbourne, Australia, Charlie learnt his trade and qualified in Victoria; a highly regulated state which demands top level building practices and workmanship.

Charlie started building at the age of 18 and found his niche in high-end renovation and new build projects around the greater Melbourne area. He loves the tactile nature of building, problem solving and being able to stand back at the end of the day to admire what he has created.

When they decided to relocate to New Zealand to be closer to Michelle’s family, the couple chose the sunny Western Bay of Plenty as home.

CC Built brings to the Bay not only our passion for crafting one of a kind, premium homes that stand the test of time, but also our international experience with state-of-the-art materials and building techniques.
